What is a Gaylord box?+
A Gaylord box is a large, heavy-duty corrugated container typically used for bulk storage and shipping. They usually sit on pallets and can hold 1,000-2,500+ pounds depending on size and construction.
Why are they called Gaylord boxes?+
The name "Gaylord" comes from the Gaylord Container Corporation, which was one of the original manufacturers of these bulk containers. The name became industry standard for this type of box.
What sizes do you carry?+
We carry various sizes, with the most common being 48" x 40" x 36". We also stock half-height, tall, and custom sizes. Check our Size Guide for complete specifications.
Buying
What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C boxes?+
Grade A boxes are in like-new condition with minimal wear. Grade B boxes show minor cosmetic wear but maintain good structural integrity. Grade C boxes have visible wear but remain functional. Each grade is priced accordingly.
Is there a minimum order?+
No, we have no minimum order requirement for purchases. However, delivery fees may apply for smaller orders. Free delivery is available on orders over $500.
Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Yes! We offer tiered pricing: 10% off for 100-499 boxes, 15% off for 500-999 boxes, and 20%+ off for 1000+ boxes. Contact us for specific pricing on large orders.
Selling
How much will you pay for my used boxes?+
Payment depends on condition, quantity, and current market rates. Generally: Grade A condition $12-18/box, Grade B $8-12/box, Grade C $4-8/box. We provide free quotes.
Do you pick up boxes?+
Yes, we offer free pickup for qualifying quantities (typically 20+ boxes). For smaller quantities, a pickup fee may apply or you can drop off at our facility.
How quickly do you pay?+
We process payments within 48 hours of pickup. Payment options include cash, check, or direct deposit.
Services
Can you repair damaged boxes?+
Yes! Our repair services include bottom replacement, corner reinforcement, wall patches, and full refurbishment. Repairs typically cost 40-60% less than buying new.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve all of Florida, with same-day delivery available in the Miami metro area. Most Florida locations can receive next-day delivery.
Do you offer recycling services?+
Yes, we accept boxes for recycling even if they're not suitable for reuse or repair. Recycling pickup is free for 100+ boxes.

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and wire transfers. Net 30 terms are available for qualified business customers.
How long does delivery take?+
Miami metro: Same-day available (order by 10am). South Florida: Next-day. Rest of Florida: 1-3 business days. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
